Unspeakable Fire

 

 

Have you felt the unspeakable fire
Have you felt that unquenchable flame
Singing and wafting within you
Now revealing your heart's secret name.

Have you felt the unspeakable fire
Rising up from the depths of your soul
Purging you, leaving you hopeful
That you have a new chance at the goal.

Have you felt the unspeakable fire
Crashing wave upon wave of pure bliss
Taking you higher and higher
Into spheres of divine forgiveness.

Have you felt the unspeakable fire
That consumes the conception of sin
Filled with a holy desire
And you walk like an angel again.

We've been told God's a consuming fire
Try our works of which sort they shall be
Love will meet fire for fire
And reclaim lost integrity.
